Aleksandr C.
I grew up in Russia’s Far East, served as a Naval officer, moved to Florida to get a Master’s Degree, and was certified as a foreign language teacher later. While in Florida, I acted with a local theater group, and began oil painting. But then the motherland called me back. So now I am in the most beautiful historic city of Saint-Petersburg. It is there I will work with you from. And that’s to your advantage because it allows me to make the language come alive by incorporating aspects of our culture, history and day-to-day life. Not only do I teach Russian and English, I also enjoy learning new languages myself. I’ve traveled to more than forty countries, lived and taught in places like Chicago, the tiny country of Andorra, and now back in Russia.
