Hello! I am an enthusiastic American Sign Language (ASL) instructor with over 15 years of experience teaching middle school, high school, and college students online. With my dual degrees—a B.A. in Deaf Culture Studies and a Master’s in Ministry—I bring a unique blend of teaching expertise, cross-cultural experience, and creative storytelling to my classes. I specialize in working with middle and junior high school learners, making ASL engaging, interactive, and culturally rich.

I have had the incredible opportunity to travel extensively, immersing myself in Deaf communities across Guatemala, Denmark, England, Kenya, Zambia, and Haiti. These experiences have deepened my understanding of Deaf culture worldwide and given me unique insights that I love to share with my students.

My goal is to inspire curiosity, build confidence, and help students discover the beauty of ASL and Deaf culture.
