As a native Russian speaker with a degree in teaching Russian from the Pedagogical Institute in Russia and specialized certifications in teaching Russian as a Foreign Language, I bring a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to every lesson. My love for languages and cultures started early and led me to connect with friends across the globe — from England and the USA to Korea, Italy, Spain, Finland, Norway and beyond — always honing my English skills along the way.
In Russia, I tutored native speakers in academic Russian, beginners in English, and even translated technical documents for an industrial company. Since moving to the USA, I’ve had the joy of volunteering as a Russian teacher for heritage-speaking kids at a local church and spent three fantastic years teaching Russian as a foreign language to Grades 1 through 8 at a Waldorf school. And I’m excited to continue my journey as a Russian tutor here in the USA!
