Welcome to LanguageBird! I am Zyon Marley, originally from a small city called Wilmington, Delaware. I am a proud Gallaudet University graduate of ‘23 with a Bachelor of Arts and Media Design, and I am thrilled to begin my journey as an ASL instructor here. With a background in instructing and mentoring students with diverse needs, including those with no ASL background and creative Deaf and hard of hearing students, I bring a personalized and innovative approach to teaching. My passion for integrating digital tools into the learning process ensures that each student feels comfortable, confident and creatively engaged. Outside of teaching, I love exploring photography, filmmaking and creative directing, which enriches my teaching style and helps me bring a unique perspective to every lesson. I am excited to work with you as we embark on this rewarding journey of ASL learning together!
